Read the sample essay # 1 from our mid-term exam.  Annotate/identify strengths and weaknesses in the writing.  Next, work in your groups to present your findings on your assigned paragraphs.

SWBAT:

• Reflect on the mid-term essay prompts.
• Identify strategies that can be employed in future writing

Today we will:

• Look at two model essays.
• Review BenchPrep flashcards
